Darkness into Light – 12th May
Pieta House will this year host their annual Darkness into Light this May 12th. Pieta House is a Centre for the Prevention of Self-Harm and Suicide based in Lucan, Co. Dublin but also located throughout Dublin and in Limerick.
The Darkness into Light 5km walk, jog or run is being run in 14 locations across the country. The event will take place at 4am, just as dawn breaks. This is a unique event and for a great cause.

Stephen’s Green 200 – 26th Apr
This event will see 48 participants cycle in tandem for 24 hours non stop around St Stephen’s Green in Dublin. Starting at lunch time on April 26th and finishing the following lunch time this event is being run to raise money for the Marc Owens Medical Fund.
The route exactly a mile long and organisers estimate that cyclist will cover roughly 9 loops per hour.

Warrior Dash – Sep 1st
An event that features beer, mud, music and a few people dressed in costume. Sounds more like Oxygen than a Challenge Monkey type event. The Warrior Dash is coming to Ireland. This August the Warrior Dash will invade Punchestown Racecourse for an event that promises to be epic.
Participants will take on a 4.84km course featuring mud, barbed wire, a scrap yard, walls of fire and much more.
